CANCELLATION POLICY

At Artisans Men's Care we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 3 hours notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations.

Personal Belongings

Please leave all your valuable items with you at all times. Artisans is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Late Arrival

If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment.
